new website change: it caches the most recent file metadata for each request so that it doesn’t hit the database on every request (if the file metadata is older than 1 minute it will asynchronously refetch it as to not slow down any requests)

@Radgryd [the law basically states that in order to sell video games to minors in germany, they need to be rated by the USK. the steam self-survey is, not that. also it doesn’t apply to games that are only sold to adults, hence an 18+ age barrier would be reasonable]

@anya yeah i also think it’s kind of dumb — externally there really isn’t much of a difference between these three groups and some endo-/tulpagenic systems i know also suffer from trauma
thankfully the plural/plural-friendly spaces i’m in really do not care about how your system came to be or what its topology is

i can barely find information online but I Presume this is the code they use when there is a congenital condition that doesn’t match any known markers and there is also not a better other ICD code for it?
which there should be since there is M35.7?
