@zed @sammy yes that is indeed the only way to make sure there is access. you can’t means test in a way that charges everyone who can afford 50ct and not charge anyone who can’t afford 50ct

that isn’t even to mention that a growing amount of people could afford 50ct but don’t have 50ct of cash on them. and it would be unreasonable to expect them to get 50ct coins at that point because the closest atm outputs only 5€ bills or larger with comparatively big fees. and 50ct is so little that card payments would just basically eat the payment
