@charlotte @CAETFOOD yes i understand I studied production agriculture it was a sort of political joke about the fda chief. the united states could be a place with standards that would give me faith in raw dairy but it won't.

@misterdave the asterisks are how under very specific and strict circumstances you can sell it to consumers as "vorzugsmilch" (only a very small amount of milkers manage to do this) or if you are selling it at the farm directly (needs to be from today and labeled "raw milk, must be cooked before consumption")
