It's kinda funny how much engagement I get from the FOSS community and political accounts on what is ostensibly a babyfur account neocat_floof_mug

@SCRebel What I'm saying: I really do like the idea of having disparate platforms on Linux instead of viewing Linux itself as a platform for development, but it does make me worried that we don't have the usershare to be attempting an entirely unique GNOME platform, KDE platform, Xapps platform, etc.

@odoben As a gag I went over to Google's Gemini chatbot and asked it to produce a stack trace for a hypothetical C program (I'm on my phone and my computer is, like, ten feet away you see, so clearly it's too much work to generate one myself) so I could doctor it up and make it look like rusty.c had segfaulted. I got my stack trace but also a really in-depth explainer on C compilation in Linux using gcc and I'm a little baffled at how well it explains everything.

I dun like it neodog_googly_shocked all hail SkyNet (but also hell ya Gemini for assuming Linux using gcc was basically the default method for compiling C code)
