@CursedSilicon the GPL has a trademark loophole. they have to provide the source but if they put in their trade mark in it you can’t redistribute it

anyways the interesting bits isn’t the gcc/binutils/newlib patches anyways but mostly their shitass makefiles which use the wordmark as a configuration variable

This build script is absolute misery. There's variables that just source other variables.

Tests for commands that just fail because there's no if/else conditions specified

And of course the whole thing is single-threaded build only. Because why would we check for multiple CPU cores in 2026?
