@chirpbirb Ill be honest, I dont know how they can even think they have privacy when, from Blueskys start
a) they have indicated no intention of allowing friends locked posts and accounts
b) Clearsky firehose has existed
c) people still assume DMs are encrypted despite evidence pointing to the contrary
Concerning point b... I havent noticed many bsky people raise a stink over that. Yet, I remember in old Twitter days (pre-Musk) where people were experiencing all sorts of extra drama over public lists and the whole callout shit. At least with Twitter (at that time) , they had friends-locked accts. Twitter also dodnt put your personal blocklist (accts you are blocking) into public view. Clearsky absolutely puts all of these things public

ai scrapers can just open the atproto firehose and get all posts in real time
