iirc 0.0% "alcohol free" drinks can have an abv of up to 0.05%

@charlotte @maartje @syn a kefir that's fermenting for a few more days than necessary (not sure how many days is that going to be for store-bought) can have up to 2% abv, and still be kefir.
In very fresh kefir that's going to be more like 0.1-0.2% abv.
