the funniest part about wires is that they are limited by current, not watts
you can theoretically charge an EV over a basic USB-C cable as long as you crank the voltage to 2.6 kV
maybe not recommended because you will get vaporized if you walk too close, but still

@ChlorideCull i think the dielectric breakdown voltage of that little bit of rubber and the air might be a little bit too small for 2.6kV
@charlotte okay I looked at some sources and it should actually be fine, the breakdown voltage of 0.1 mm of PVC would be 4 kV, and very humid air is somewhere in the area of 3 kV, so you might not even die if you touch it
