@rey like 2 days ago i missed a bus because i wanted to take it to the east of town but the platform it stopped on was a west-bound platform not an east-bound one and all of the other buses that head to the east stopped on the east-bound platform

it gets really confusing here because we identify which way a bus is going by the terminal stop, so you just have to know which way that's going

@zmz I timed my attempt to go through the Davis platform elevator door just wrong, and the door trapped me until someone inside realized what was happening and hit the door-open button

@zmz yeah I'm fine, but I didn't have the presence of mind to tell the station attendant, and it turns out Transit Police is useless (shocked!!)

okay so apparently when I sent in the ADA complaint, I didn't include the elevator number, and "Davis Sq platform to mezzanine" was inadequate to uniquely identify the only elevator that meets that description

called today and talked to someone at Customer Service and gave them the elevator number, and now I feel morally released from further responsibility
