its in a fucking hidden compartment in my bag

urghhhhhhhhhhhhh

now i have to inform the government i found it...

reason why: i thought i lost it, ages ago, and then when i couldnt find it i had to tell the government that i lost it, so that it can be declared not valid

i got explained what i needed to do if i found it, and what would happen if someone else found it, so now i need to do the "what i need to do" route...

bwah, so i had it in my daily bag all this time...

@ShadowJonathan is your original passport not voided after reporting it lost? That’s what would happen in the UK, even if you found it again, it’s basically good as Zimbabwe dollars

@yassie_j it is voided, but the government wants to be 101% sure it can't be interpreted as valid, once it is found

i heard that if someone else found it, i wouldnt be seeing it again, but if i found it myself, i could maaaaaybe keep it?

found it back a year later when i borrowed the bag to my dad
