Do you peel your mushrooms?

@TerrorBite i rinse them and if that isn’t enough i do not eat them

@TerrorBite i do not, but i see a lot of cooks on youtube doing that. never figured out why.

@Leviamicky I don't either, but I realised you could and it got me thinking

@TerrorBite ive seen it done with the big flats and the swiss browns, peeling the top from the outer edge and towards the centre
