we just unbroke a system with the raccommand:
I_ALLOW_TO_BREAK_MY_SYSTEM=yes emerge -1q glibc
ok it did in fact break shit
it broke dev-lang/perl and dev-perl/TermReadKey
This is a placeholder, overwrite this by putting a file at
$STATIC_DIR/static/terms-of-service.html
