I just watched a video about busses and which doors you are supposed to use and which get opened. It blew my mind that this could be different? o.o

Apparently it is quite normal in a lot of countries that the front door doesn't open? It is so wild to me, cause the front door is often the only one being opened over here instead so the bus driver can check you.

@maruno yeah here in germany you enter in the front door and leave in the rear one

@charlotte @maruno not all of germany (munich's buses in the city area open the second door whenever they stop, first door only if someone needs it. some of the regional buses do have you enter in the front to check tickets though)

@charlotte Yeah, same here. Front is entry only and back doors are exit only or accessible entry. In Amsterdam they went a bit extreme and even do entry/exit doors on trams.
