the true replacement to telegram is the chat app i wrote when i was 12 which just downloaded the chat log, appended the message, then reuploaded it with FTP

@charlotte Seems like a log aggregation system, way more than I need and doesn't solve the problem I have: the protocol.

For my microcontrollers I need a very low weight protocol that I could tail realtime and sync and catch up when the network is offline.

Just annoyance with the available servers and routing UDP mean I just got no remote logs right now. So whilst I look at it I want something more robust so I can get eventual full logs when the network is down or a UDP packet gets lost. Will probably build something simple when I am bored.
