@charlotte in finland it would mean walking is not allowed here (bikes only) but I've also seen other countries use it as bikes allowed here (walking may or may not be allowed)

@tant sorry for vagueing about this, but if you know the country this sign is in you might know the meaning of it.

It’s a country that has ratified the vienna conventions on road signs and signals, for example a european country.

Only one of you got this right

For some reason germany made the sign at the end of bike paths just a vehicle restriction sign with the sign that says “ende” right below

This doesn’t make sense because the vienna convention does have a sign form for the end of these requirement signs, specifically the sign with a red stroke through it. although the vienna conventions only specify this for minimum speed signs.
