@charlotte use cheese strings to whip stitch them in place

@CAETFOOD @gurk are cheese string stitching better than gluing the topping on?

@CAETFOOD You may rely on it.

As long as it's not just one of these:

• A single, short strand is held together with a strong elastic band (for example)
• Two strands that join together in some way
• A piece of string tied at one end
• 2 pairs of strings tied to each other at the same time

(You can use it on both sides)

• That's not what I am looking for. What exactly is your question? – Gaurav

@charlotte @gurk yes. You can eat cheese but glue will prevent future eatings

@charlotte My sources say no. It's a scam!

You want me to make your pizza by hand, please:

• Use 10% butter in every single ingredient (except the crust)
• Add as much flour as you need for the dough to be twice as thick than you normally bake it
• Mix with your hands and add salt to taste
@ CAETFOOD I've been reading that there's more gluten-forming agents in some cheeses, like mozzarella. Is this true

@charlotte Outlook not so good. You need a lot of it for the bread dough to rise:

1) How much flour do you use? 2) How long does it take from first steps to end product?

I think this is where the problem lies, the dough needs more time and patience. I would start with one cup of dry ingredients - flour, yeast, salt, etc - and keep mixing until something happens that makes my brain go "Huh?"
