dual-booting linux, but they both share the same /home partition

to be fair i've always migrated my home folder between installs and that's worked out fine

but i can't imagine how it'd be like for two different linux installs to be constantly interacting with them aneopossum_floof_explosion

@EeveeEuphoria ive seen recommendations for putting /home on a separate drive or partition so it's a little easier to switch to a different distro; this feels like an extension of that idea. honestly it doesn't seem like that bad of a concept if you're a little careful about the configs and stuff that go into user home folders

@EeveeEuphoria here's a really cursed idea: hypervisor simultaneously booting two different linux distros that share access to the same /home folder
