the binary blob license

every copy of the program (source code and binary) has to come with the 16 byte binary blob

@charlotte designing a protocol with the 16 byte magic number of the trans flag encoded in utf8 so even chuds who want to use it have to send the trans flag over the wire

@5225225 evil bit RFC that changes the magic number to be the unicode representation of the straight pride flag (which does not exist)
