I have a surplus of powdered sugar. Any idea of what to use it for? It has an expiration date, unlike normal sugar. Powdered sugar basically just sugar dust/flour and potato(?) starch, which is why it works for icing—but I don't like icing much. Can't just sit here and eat icing.

Chocolate pudding has starch, but usually a different kind (maize).

Some kind of cookies?

Almond paste for "Semlor"?

@androidarts you could make nib sugar with it and use the nibs in waffle dough.
Or decorate other pastries with the nibs.

@androidarts omg what an issue lolll. Try adding it to meals for the next couple weeks. Like if your chili (idk) is turning out bitter, go for a sweeter chili. Works in soups and single pan dishes. I can't help you much with dessert dishes much because I don't eat sweets haha.
