Plant-based dairy neg experience

Got a free sample of some plant-based overnight oats, I was mildly enthusiastic of the idea and I like overnight oats. From Arla, an A-brand, how bad can it be?

But sadly, yuk... It is incredibly watery, hardly any oats or fruit and tastes chemical? I am not sure how they expect people to buy this by themselves, they clearly put more budget in the marketing instead of the product itself. :S

One part is easy to fix, put the same amount of oats and fruit in as the non-plant based version? Why skimp on this? For your pockets? I am sure it would fix the thickness and flavour somewhat, not sure it would mask the chemical taste.

@maruno for the other issue, i discovered that oats work just as well with cooked water as with cooked milk, as long as the sweetener overrules the blandness of the water. Saves me a ton of trips to ths grocery store for bottles of milk!
