@lyncia I was trying to add the curb-cut effect (image descriptions are useful for many things, so is cutting the curb of a sidewalk) but i was too lazy to actually describe that

@lyncia another scenario: sometimes when I am driving, working, listening to music, or just on my own in general, I use a screen reader app to read my notifications aloud so that I don't have to look at my screen. This fails when A) peoplee don't caption their images and B) audio messages, ironically.

@lyncia yeah it would make a ton of sense (even though uncaptioned audio messages are often an accessibility issue for the inverse reason, and no not just because I don't always have my headphones around) but alas, implementation varies, and so my notification reader app can't cope with it.

Anyways, despite it still being a bit of an experimental technology, getting your notifications speaken aloud is a great solution and far more useful than the regular notification bleeps, especially when you have your hands full and/or don't wanna loose attention.
